• All classes have inventory, and when a class is full, it will not show as an option.

  • Attending 2 or 3 classes a week is a huge benefit. Multiclass/sibling discounts provide substantial savings.

  • To get the multi-class discount all registrations need to be done together at one time. You can keep adding another student, or add the same student multiple times, just make sure all are submitted together.

  • The multi-class discount does not appear until the shopping cart page. On the REVIEW page, each class is listed full price – confirm day and time are correct.

  • On the shopping cart page, you will choose either PAY IN FULL (default choice) or TWO INSTALLMENTS (one at time of registration and balance automatically charged on March 1, 2024.) Price shown here includes all eligible discounts.

  • Please remember to update your T-shirt size with the current size needed each time you register.

  • DO NOT CALL or email Hopewell Tennis and Swim about MHTA matters. If you have any questions, or problems with registration, Email staff@mhilltennis.com. If you need to speak to someone, you can call Joyce at 609-915-6228.

class credits and missed classes

  • For every class in which a student enrolls, a set number of credits will be given

These credits will cover all classes on the day and time in which a student registers. When a

holiday closure reduces the number of scheduled classes, the remaining credits will be used as any other make-up.

  • If a student is unable to attend one of their scheduled classes, they must cancel their class

online. No text, emails or phone call requesting a cancellation is accepted.

  • When notification is provided 20-hours before the start of class, that class credit will be

returned to the student so they can schedule another class at their level. These credits are for

individual day booking and cannot be used for class registration.

  • As always, one emergency cancellation each session is granted. For these cancellations due to illness or unexpected issues, made with less than 20-hour notice, the student is eligible to

    attend a make-up class.

  • We encourage students to use any credits in the session in which they were earned. However,

credits can be carried over to the next session IF a student enrolls for the following session.

Unused credit will only be valid if the student enrolls in that current session.

  • Any credits remaining after the end of the Spring Session may also be used to attend

individual camp days ONLY IF a student enrolls for the Summer Session - minimum of 10-day

flex pass needed to be considered enrolled.

  • All credits must be used by the end of our Summer Session – August 23, 2024. No credits will

carry over to the 2024-2025 program year.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/student to request all needed make-up classes by completing the on-line Scheduled Booking form. If students DO NOT receive notification that they may attend, then the class on the date chosen is full, and another date must be requested.

  • In the event of a tournament, it is recommended that a student cancel their Sunday class. If a

student exits the tournament on Saturday and wishes to attend the Sunday clinic, availability

can be seen online and booked. Once withdrawn from a class, there is no guarantee that a

    spot will be available.
